রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি

Dhue BD সবসময় চেষ্টা করে আপনার হাতে নির্ভুল ও ভালো মানের পণ্য পৌঁছে দিতে। তারপরও কোনো কারণে পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে বা আপনার প্রত্যাশার সঙ্গে না মিললে চিন্তার কিছু নেই। আমাদের রয়েছে সহজ ও ঝামেলাহীন রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি।

আপনার পণ্য ফেরত দিতে চাইলে কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে:

  • ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
  • পণ্য অবশ্যই ব্যবহার না করা, ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
  • যদি ফ্রি গিফট থাকে, সেটিও ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  • আমাদের টিম যাচাই করার পর রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে।

স্টকে থাকলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে, না থাকলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও COD চার্জ ফেরতের আওতায় পড়বে না।

কোন কারণে রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করা যাবে

  • পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে।
  • ভুল সাইজ পাঠানো হলে (শুধুমাত্র ইনভয়েসে উল্লেখিত সাইজের সঙ্গে ডেলিভারির সাইজ না মিললে)।
  • রঙের পার্থক্য হলে।
  • প্রিন্টে ভুল হলে (ডিজাইন মিসম্যাচ, ভুল প্লেসমেন্ট ইত্যাদি)।
  • ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে।

আমরা পণ্য সংগ্রহ করার পর যাচাই করব এবং সঠিক কারণ হলে আপনাকে নতুন পণ্য দেওয়া হবে অথবা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

রিফান্ড নীতি

  • রিটার্ন যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
  • স্টকে না থাকলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।
  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও COD চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
  • COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয় কারণ টাকা পরিশোধ করা হয়নি।
  • অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার) হলে সেই মাধ্যমেই টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
  • প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যায় যদি টাকা দ্বিগুণ কেটে যায়, অতিরিক্ত টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
  • রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পাওয়া যাবে। না পেলে dheubd26@gmail.com এ যোগাযোগ করুন অথবা আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ Dhue BD Facebook Page এ যোগাযোগ করুন।

Return & Replacement Policy

It’s a rare case for Dhue BD where customers didn’t get their products unharmed. But sometimes we may fail to fulfill your expectations. However, there is now a bond of trust between customers and Dhue BD. To further ensure and encourage this bond of trust, Dhue BD brings you the option to return the products you received (if the product is damaged or designed mistakenly). In that case, Dhue BD will provide you with fresh products in return.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

  • It is within 03 Days from the delivery date.
  • All items must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and not broken or tampered with.
  • If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
  • Refund/replacement is subject to inspection and checking by the Dhue BD team.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge are non-refundable.

Reasons for Returns & Replacement

  • Product is damaged, defective or not as described.
  • Size mismatch (only if delivered size does not match the invoice size).
  • Color mismatch.
  • Wrongly printed clothing (front/back design mismatch, wrong design, wrong placement).
  • Wrong product sent.

Once we receive your return, we will perform a quality check. If the reason is valid, we will replace the product or proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed after evaluation of the return.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability. If out of stock, full refund will be provided.
  • COD convenience charge and shipping charge are non-refundable.
  • If Cash on Delivery was selected, there is no refund since payment was not made.
  • For Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer payments, refund will be issued via the same method.
  • If payment is deducted twice due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded.
  • Refund is usually processed within 7-10 working days. If not received within this time, please contact dheubd26@gmail.com.
